Academic Scholars Institute (ASI)

The Academic Scholars Institute (ASI) is a six-week summer program where incoming EOF first-year students get a glimpse into their college coursework as well as learn strategies to support their over transition to Rutgers University – Newark.

During the summer students will:

  • Learn about what academic coursework is like at a research institution
  • Connect with other EOF Students, Faculty, and Staff
  • Learn about available resources, programs, and services
  • Practice taking personal responsibility for their learning process

***Given the COVID-19 social distancing mandate, the 2021 ASI program will be conducted remotely***
